Nikola made us feel so looked after and went above and beyond to make the evening special. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the customer service really stood out. "Vlad gave fantastic service to our group during a busy Valentine’s Day lunchtime. He was friendly and funny and added to the lovely dining experience. Food was great and came out in a timely manner especially for how busy the restaurant was. The lady in red managing the front door and seating us was also very lovely and managing pushy customers in the queue very well. Props to the team for delivering us a lovely dining experience from start to finish at such a busy time."

"Came here spontaneously on what was a busy Thursday evening. Firstly, a beautiful building that used to be a bank. Then the staff - all working hard and helpful although sometimes a struggle to get their attention (only because they were very busy!). Jacobo was a star helping us with our Tesco vouchers (sorry for finding it so confusing haha!) and we enjoyed a good chat with him. And then the food - I wasn't too hungry but enjoyed the novel pasta chips and dough crusts and then a rather long wait for pinoli pizza but I had to take most of it home as I was stuffed! Lovely drinks too although one was a bit strong for me. We ordered two desserts to take away but neither had their sauces with them which we only noticed when home which was a bit disappointing Overall a lovely evening!"

"Staff very friendly and careful when comes to allergies ( my son is allergic to peanuts ) although a warning is welcome when you are seated that due to the allergy on the table that you won’t receive the complimentary. Kids felt left out without a warning . However pizza was fresh, hot and very tasty. Not so much the sides : fried courgettes and sweets potatos. Not only they were overcooked but the oil look overdue . Aurora was amazing on serving us and made our first experience here a bit nicer ? She has also taken the time to explain us about the membership club."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful at this restaurant. Giusy was very attentive and so helpful, especially when my voucher wouldn't work she sorted it all out. She was so friendly and quick too. The greeter was also wonderful, I think her name was Galeesa (apologies if wrong) she brought my child a new dessert when my child had accidentally dropped it and made my kid's day. These workers deserve a payrise!"
